Returns & Refunds Policy

Gramicci at 9 Degrees Chatswood

Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully to understand your rights.

1. No Change of Mind Returns

As we provide the opportunity to view, touch, and try on all items in-store, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind. This includes:

  • Deciding you no longer like the style or color.

  • Finding the item cheaper elsewhere.

  • Selecting the wrong size (where the item matches the labeled size).

2. Inspection & Fitting

For your peace of mind, we strongly encourage you to:

  • Try on all garments or footwear to ensure the correct fit before completing your purchase.

  • Inspect items thoroughly for any visible marks or defects. Once an item leaves the store, it is deemed to have been accepted in the condition displayed, barring any hidden (latent) manufacturing faults.

3. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

You are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law if a product has a manufacturing fault that was not apparent at the time of purchase. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product:

  • Is of unacceptable quality (faulty).

  • Is unfit for its intended purpose.

  • Does not match the description provided.

4. Major vs. Minor Failures

  • Major Failure: If a product has a serious manufacturing defect that would have stopped you from buying it had you known, you may choose a refund or replacement.

  • Minor Failure: For smaller issues, we will repair the item within a reasonable timeframe or offer a replacement.

5. Requirements for Return

To process a claim for a faulty item:

  1. Visit the Store: Return the item to our physical location.

  2. Proof of Purchase: You must present a valid receipt or bank statement.

  3. Assessment: Our team will inspect the item to confirm the fault is a manufacturing issue and not the result of general wear and tear or misuse.

Note: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy is designed to operate alongside those statutory rights without limiting them.
