Follow this link to find us via Google Maps. Turn off South St and park in bays marked 'unit 11' near our main entrance. More parking is available along South St and in the (free) Council parking lot in the park.

+ Arriving by Public Transport, On Foot or by Bike.

Bicycle - Use the excellent bicycle path along Parramatta River.

Ferry - Rydalmere wharf is 600 m from our front door and provides a great way to get to anywhere along the Parramatta river.

Train - The closest is Rydalmere station (18 min walk) but trains are more frequent from Parramatta train station.

Fully air conditioned strength & conditioning area free to use for all members and day pass holders.


At 9 Degrees Parramatta we strive to provide the best training experience possible. We have facilities available for strength training to break through plateaus, stretching to increase flexibility or cardio to get your heart rate going.

We are equipped with a full range of free weights and benches, cable machines, cardio training equipment, Cross Fit training equipment and more.
