All online orders must be redeemed at the front desk at the gym of your choice. Simply let our staff know that you’ve made a purchase online and they’ll handle the rest! For any student purchases a valid ID must be shown at the time of redemption.
Online orders can only be redeemed at the gym that you’ve selected, so please choose carefully! Upon redemption staff will match your online order to your account in our system.
After you’ve redeemed your purchase you’ll be ready to use your membership across all of our gyms.
